Plaque for Santa Cruz, California World Surfing Reserve

Santa Cruz, California was dedicated as part of the World Surfing Reserves in 2012.  Recently this plaque was placed near the Surfer Statue above Steamer Land, Indicaters, and Cowells surf breaks.  This plaques honors and describes the Santa Cruz World Surfing Reserve.
